Buyer
By the buyer placing a bid is entering into a 7 day binding contract. If the seller accepts your offer the domain is sold. The buyer must deposit funds to complete the sale. If Buyer Needs can invoice from the seller please contact we will arrange it. For Domains sold over $1,000 sales contract can be made by request. Our escrow system is fully secure to use to complete the sale. It’s important that buyer keep their account information up to date Once a Domain is Sold and it’s transferred to the new owner no refunds are made, refunds are only made if transaction unsuccessful. It’s forbidden to exchange contacts with the seller as FoundDomain is the broker.
Seller
The Seller can submit as many as domains they want for sale and to park domains also. The Seller can submit domains to our Domain Auctions from your account. The seller can accept counter offers from the buyer would be a completed sale. The seller can also consider new counter offers to the buyer. No trademark Domains are allowed to be listed for sale. It’s important that seller keep their account information up to date Very important you remove sold or expired domains. It’s forbidden to exchange contacts with the seller as FoundDomain is the broker. Check our Seller Fee’s below.

- 7% on Domain Sale
- 2, 25% Deposit fee
- $12, 99 showcase listing for 30 days
- $16, 99 per Domain Appraisal
Domain Parking
Domain owners may not click on advertising links displayed on their own domain names, nor ask friends to do so. It’s not allowed to display their parked page as a pop-under or pop-up window without prior written notice to FoundDomain Contact Us.
- Domain Owners needs to Customize Parking Keywords to their related content, no self-clicks or any fraud clicks are allowed.
- clicks on advertising links by any of the following methods: listings on newsgroups or discussion boards (with the exception of "domains for sale" postings or referral links of affiliate program), bulk emailing, iframes, zero pixel frames, hitbots, clickbots, spiders, CGI scripts, java-scripts, NOT allowed.
- FoundDomain right to terminate your account at any time.
- Cancel earnings for fraud reasons.
- Domain Parking Payments:
You can request Parking Payout when you have earned $10 at least Withdraw Funds from your account your payment will be processed within 5 working days Payments by PayPal.
